2. I WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM WORK NEEDED AND COST.
3. PLEASE PRINT OFF THE RELEVANT FORM AND FILL OUT THE INFORMAION REQUESTED.
4. PLACE FORM INSIDE THE SHOE / BAG FOR REPAIR.
5. PLACE ITEMS INSIDE A BOX AND SEAL WELL. (Please email us the size of the box in cm)
Due to Covid-19, we would respectfully ask that shoes/bags be cleaned, inside and out, as much as possible before being sent to us.
6. A COURIER COMPANY WILL CALL TO YOUR HOUSE / PLACE OF WORK, COLLECT YOUR ITEM AND DELIVER TO US.
7. AS SOON AS WE HAVE YOUR SHOES REPAIRED, WE WILL EMAIL YOU AN INVOICE. THIS CAN BE PAID ONLINE.
N.B You can place multiple pairs of shoes or boots in the package.
Total cost of collection & return will be confirmed on application.
